Familiarize yourself with the rules applied when shopping in the Graas.lt store.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The rules of the Graas online store (hereinafter - the Store) (hereinafter - the Rules) apply when the Customer places an order in the Graas Store.

1.2. Graas has the right to adjust the Shop Rules. When the customer shops in the Store, the Rules valid at the time of placing the order (indicated with the order) apply.

1.3. The customer is not given the opportunity to place an order for goods in the "Graas" Store if he is not familiar with the Store Rules. In all cases, it is considered that the Customer is familiar with the Rules and agrees to them if, before ordering the goods, he confirms his agreement to the Rules by pressing "I AGREE". In cases where the Customer partially or completely disagrees with all or a certain part of the Rules, he must not submit an order electronically to Graas, otherwise it is considered that the Customer has familiarized himself with and unconditionally agreed with all the Store Rules.

1.4. "Graas" is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because the Customer, regardless of the recommendations provided to him and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with the Store Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.

2.2. Buyer: (customer) is a person who visits the website as a potential or non-first-time customer.

 

3. ORDER AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

3.1. After visiting the Store's website, the customer chooses the products he likes. A basket of goods is formed based on his choice.

3.2. After creating the goods basket, the Customer must enter the data necessary for the delivery of the selected goods: his name, surname, address where the goods will be delivered, phone number and additional information that may be important for the delivery of the ordered goods. "Graas" confirms that the data provided by the Customer will be used exclusively for the purpose of sale and delivery of goods, without violating the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania for the protection of personal data.

3.3. Next, the Customer must choose one of the possible payment methods in the "Graas" Store. At the same time, the method of delivery of the goods is selected from the available delivery options of Graas.

3.4. In the last window, all the data provided by the Customer are generated, before confirming which the Customer must make sure that the data provided is correct and meets his wishes. The customer has the opportunity to correct incorrect data before sending the order to Graas. The customer is not given the opportunity to confirm the order until he indicates that he is familiar with and agrees with the Graas Store Rules. In the event that the Customer is not familiar with the Store Rules before choosing the goods, he must do so before confirming his order and the data provided in it.

3.5. After the customer confirms the order, it is sent to Graas. An order is deemed to have been submitted from the moment it is received by Graas. At the same time, in such a case, it is considered that a contract has been concluded between the Client and "Graas". However, such an agreement is considered enforceable only from the moment when Graas receives confirmation from the bank chosen by the Customer (when payment via online banking is selected) regarding the payment for the delivered goods; when payment is made by bank transfer, the contract is considered enforceable when the Customer's payment is received; when payment is made in cash upon delivery of the goods or by card at the post office - the contract is considered enforceable from the moment the customer confirms his order in the "Graas" Store.

3.6. After the Customer places an order, the "Graas" system automatically sends the Customer an e-mail indicating the ordered goods and the data provided by the Customer.

3.7. After Graas receives a notification from the bank that the Customer has made a payment order to purchase goods from the Store, a notification is sent to the Customer at the specified email address. The moment of receipt of the notification from the bank is considered the moment of the beginning of the execution of the contract between the Client and Graas.

3.8. The order submitted by the customer is stored in the "Graas" database based on the requirements of the valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regarding the term of storage of such data.

3.9. In all cases, it is considered that the Customer, by placing the order, is familiar with and unconditionally agrees with all the Store Rules, as well as with all other conditions specified in the order.

3.10. The contract is concluded and executed in the national language.

 

4. DETERMINATION OF WARRANTY AND PRODUCT PRICES

4.1. The characteristics of each product are generally indicated for each product in the Store.

4.2. "Graas" indicates, and the Customer confirms, that he is familiar with the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods specified in the Store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used.

4.3. The customer agrees that when he submits an order electronically in the Store, he undertakes to pay the price specified in the order for the goods.

4.5. Prices in the Store and in the order are indicated in the official national currency with VAT.

4.6. Graas sells goods that meet the conditions specified in the order. In cases where the goods handed over to the Customer do not meet certain order requirements, the Customer agrees to notify the Customer immediately by phone or e-mail. by e-mail to Graas, which undertakes to take all steps to eliminate existing defects, if such defects are due to the fault of Graas or third parties acting on its behalf. "Graas" within a reasonable period agreed with the Customer, if the deficiencies are not eliminated, the Customer has the right to defend his rights in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Graas' obligations in relation to the goods:

4.6.1. "Graas" undertakes to deliver goods of suitable quality and meeting the requirements stipulated in the order.

4.6.2. Graas undertakes to provide the Customer with the quantity of goods specified in the order. Graas is not responsible in cases where the amount of goods transferred is not accurate due to the Customer's incorrect data in the order submitted to Graas.

4.6.3. In all cases, Graas provides the Customer with an assortment of goods that meets the criteria specified in the Order.

4.6.4. In cases where a certain set of items is included in the order, the customer undertakes to provide all the items included in the set of items.

4.6.5. The goods are delivered packed according to their nature in order to make the goods suitable for their intended use.


5. PAYMENT PROCEDURES AND TERMS

5.1. The customer pays for the ordered goods in one of the ways specified in the Graas Store: by bank transfer, using his online bank, paying by credit card or paying in cash.

5.2. If the Customer has chosen one of the online payment methods, he undertakes to pay for the ordered goods immediately, if the Customer chooses to pay for the goods upon their delivery, he undertakes to pay upon collection of the goods. In other cases, the Customer loses the right to make claims due to the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, because according to the Customer's order, the shipment of goods begins to be formed only after receiving payment for the goods.

5.3. If the buyer chooses delivery via ZITICITY couriers, the payment of the order is possible only in advance by e-mail. in banking.

 
6. RETURN OF GOODS

6.1. You can return all goods purchased in the Graas.lt online store within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods.(Retail Rules, Chapter II, Section I).

  • Goods purchased in the electronic store can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • You can return a product purchased online only after filling out the electronic product return form in your buyer's account or contacting us through other electronic means and personally agreeing on the return. The return is possible only through the LP express terminal, after submitting the request and confirmation by the administrator (within 2 days), the sticker is sent to the e-mail specified by the Customer. by post
  • Physical return of goods is not possible. Each return must be made using the above methods.
  • The return of quality goods is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 11.06.2001 No. 697 in accordance with the approved Retail Trade Rules. In this case, the cost of delivering the goods is not reimbursed.
  • Returning goods from abroad is the buyers responsibility. Returns can be made by sending the package by registered mail with a tracking number. The returned item must be in its original packaging (this section does not apply if the returned item is defective or the item was purchased with already damaged packaging). 6.2. The returned item must be:

6.2.1. Unworn, unused and without external and internal signs of wear (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective product);

6.2.2. Packed in suitable packaging to protect against damage during transport;

6.2.3. With all labels for the product and without loss of merchantable appearance, except in cases where the product was purchased with damaged packaging or merchantable appearance and this was indicated in the product description;

6.2.4. The money will be returned to your account within 14 days (paragraph 2 of Article 6.22811 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).


6.3. Product defect

6.3.1. The seller is responsible for the defects of the item that become apparent within two years from the date of purchase of the item (Part 6.338 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania) only if the item was completely new.

6.3.3. 7. DELIVERY OF GOODS

7.1. The customer can choose various methods of delivery of the Product. The receipt of the product depends on the service chosen by the Customer.

7.2. Usually, the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 3-7 working days from the receipt of payment for the goods and transportation of the goods, if the goods are in the Seller's warehouse. The Seller does not guarantee that the goods will be delivered within the period specified in the previous sentence in all cases, especially if the ordered goods are not in the Seller's warehouses.

7.4. If you order goods with delivery by ZITICITY courier, every day before 12:00, the order will be delivered in the evening of the same day. Parcels are delivered from 18:00 to 22:00.

Pay attention! During the holiday season, the delivery time may take 2-5 days longer than the normal delivery time (3-7 working days).

7.5. The exact date and time of delivery of the goods is specified in the e-mail notification provided by the Seller to the Buyer. to the postal address specified by the Buyer in the registration form. 7.6. Before placing an order, the Customer must check the accuracy of the provided contact information to avoid misunderstandings or delays in delivering the Product. Warranty service contract

 

1. Goods

1.1. The Seller UAB "Graas Automation" sells, and the Buyer buys goods according to the terms of this contract. 1.2. The seller provides a warranty specified in the purchase document for certain types of goods, starting from the date of sale of each item specified in the purchase document. The warranty applies to defects in the quality of goods caused by the fault of the manufacturer. Natural wear and tear of the product or change in its properties is not considered a defect in the quality of the product.

2.            Return and exchange of goods

2.1.        The seller undertakes to eliminate the production defect within 10-40 working days from the registration of the claim. In exceptional cases, the seller reserves the right to extend this deadline.

2.2.        The buyer has the right to request a refund only in the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced.

2.3.        Return of quality goods

2.3.1.   The buyer has the right, without specifying a reason, to refuse the concluded goods purchase - sale agreement, by notifying the seller in writing no later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the day of delivery of the item. The Buyer's written notice of termination of the Agreement must be submitted by e-mail to info@graas.lt.

2.3.2.   The buyer can exercise the right to return goods only if the returned goods meet the following requirements:

•                The product has not been used, is intact and has not lost its value.

•               The product is presented in an undamaged, undamaged, original manufacturer's packaging (the appearance of the packaging may be changed only to the extent necessary to inspect the product).

2.3.3. The buyer, in order to return a quality product, covers all costs incurred with transportation. Regarding the delivery of the goods, the Seller consults individually with the Buyer to find a shipping method that satisfies both parties: When returning the goods, the Buyer must submit the purchase document and a completed application form for the return of the goods. The request must include detailed order information: order number, date, product code, price, delivery date and account number to which the money should be returned.

2.3.4. The Buyer does not have the right to change his mind and cancel the order and return the goods if the purchased goods were made to order or customized according to the Buyer's individual needs.

2.3.5. The returned item must be securely packed.

2.3.6.   The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure set forth in this article.

2.3.7.   These return policies only apply to online purchases.

3. Warranty does not apply to any purchased item

- if the product was used without complying with the operating conditions provided for in the product's use and safety instructions;

- if the product is mechanically damaged and such damage was not recorded in writing at the time of its sale; - if the fault is caused by illegal, inappropriate voltage sources, power supply or power grid faults, faults in the building's electrical installation, etc.;

- if the product was not used for its intended purpose;

- for wear and tear parts (wires, connectors, batteries, brackets, etc.);

- for product packaging;

- for malfunctions caused by foreign objects, materials, liquids entering the packaging or product, as well as product corrosion, oxidation, etc.;

- if the causes of the failure are natural disasters (lightning, flood, fire, etc.) or other unexpected events, for which the seller or manufacturer of the product cannot be held responsible either in whole or in part;

- for malfunctions that occurred with the product using additional or installation materials or spare parts that are not original or recommended.

-if malfunctions were repaired by a service employee/person not authorized by the manufacturer; - if the stickers on devices, goods or components are damaged; - if the product has been dismantled or otherwise affected after its purchase.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to the Client when placing an order in the Graas online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”). 1.2. Graas reserves the right to amend the Terms of the Store. The version of the Terms applicable at the time of placing the order (as indicated with the order) shall apply to the Client. 1.3. The Client may not place an order in the Graas Store without first reviewing the Terms. Graas confirms that the Client’s data will be used solely for the purpose of selling and delivering goods, in compliance with the legal requirements of the Republic of Lithuania regarding personal data protection. 3.3. The Client then selects a payment method from those available in the Graas Store, along with a preferred delivery option. 3.4. In the final step, all entered data is displayed for review. The Client must verify the accuracy of the information and may correct any errors before submitting the order. The order cannot be confirmed until the Client acknowledges and agrees to the Terms. If the Client has not reviewed the Terms prior to selecting products, they must do so before confirming the order and its details. 3.5. Once the Client confirms the order, it is sent to Graas. The order is considered submitted once received by Graas. At that moment, a contract between the Client and Graas is deemed concluded. However, the contract becomes enforceable only upon payment confirmation: – For online banking, when Graas receives confirmation from the Client’s bank; – For bank transfers, when payment is received; – For cash or card payments at parcel terminals, when the Client confirms the order in the Store. 3.6. Upon order submission, the Graas system automatically sends an email to the Client with the order details and submitted information. 3.7. Once Graas receives confirmation of payment from the bank, a notification is sent to the Client’s email. This moment marks the beginning of contract execution between the Client and Graas. 3.8. The Client’s order is stored in the Graas database in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania regarding data retention. 3.9. In all cases, by placing an order, the Client is deemed to have read and unconditionally agreed to all Terms of the Store and any conditions specified with the order. 3.10. The contract is concluded and executed in the national language. 4. WARRANTIES AND PRICING 4.1. Product specifications are generally provided alongside each item in the Store. 4.2. Graas informs, and the Client acknowledges, that product colors, shapes, or other parameters may differ from actual items due to monitor display characteristics. 4.3. The Client agrees to pay the price indicated in the order when placing it electronically in the Store. 4.5. Prices in the Store and in the order are shown in the official national currency and include VAT. 4.6. Graas sells products that meet the conditions specified in the order. If the delivered products do not meet certain order requirements, the Client agrees to immediately notify Graas by phone or email. Graas commits to resolving any deficiencies caused by its own or third-party fault. If not resolved within a reasonable time agreed with the Client, the Client may exercise their rights under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Graas obligations regarding products: 4.6.1. Deliver products of appropriate quality that meet the order specifications. 4.6.2. Deliver the quantity of products specified in the order. Graas is not liable for discrepancies caused by incorrect data provided by the Client. 4.6.3. Provide a product assortment that matches the criteria specified in the order. 4.6.4. If the order includes a set of items, Graas shall deliver all components of the set. 4.6.5. Products shall be packaged appropriately based on their nature to ensure usability as intended.5. PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND TERMS 5.1. The Client shall pay for the ordered goods using one of the payment methods specified in the Graas Store: bank transfer, online banking, credit card, or cash payment. 5.2. If the Client chooses an online payment method, they are obliged to pay immediately. If the Client opts to pay upon delivery, payment must be made upon receipt of the goods. In other cases, the Client forfeits the right to claim delays in delivery, as the order is processed only after payment is received. 5.3. If the Client selects delivery via ZITICITY couriers, payment must be made in advance via online banking. 6. PRODUCT RETURNS 6.1. All products purchased from the Graas.lt online store may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt (Retail Trade Rules, Section II, Subsection I). Products purchased online may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns are accepted only by completing the electronic return form in the buyer’s account or by contacting us via electronic means and arranging the return personally. Returns are processed exclusively via LP Express terminals. After submitting a request and receiving administrator approval (within 2 business days), a return label will be sent to the Client’s email. Physical returns are not accepted. All returns must follow the methods outlined above. Returns of quality goods are processed in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in Resolution No. 697 dated 2001-06-11. Delivery costs are not reimbursed in such cases. Returns from abroad are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be sent via registered mail with a tracking number. To return or exchange goods, contact us via the provided phone number or email. Returned items must be unused, except in cases of manufacturing defects not disclosed in the product description. Items must be in proper packaging (this does not apply to defective goods or items received with damaged packaging). Consumer disputes may be resolved out of court by the competent State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt). 7. PRODUCT DELIVERY 7.1. The Client may choose from various delivery methods. Delivery depends on the selected service. 7.2. Typically, goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 3–7 business days after payment and shipping confirmation, provided the goods are in stock. The Seller does not guarantee delivery within this timeframe, especially if the goods are not in stock. 7.4. For orders placed with ZITICITY courier delivery before 12:00 PM, delivery will occur the same evening between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Note: During holiday seasons, delivery may be delayed by 2–5 days beyond the standard 3–7 business day timeframe. 7.5. The exact delivery date and time will be provided in a notification sent to the Buyer’s email address as specified in the registration form. The Buyer, having entered into a purchase agreement, agrees to check their email daily until the delivery notification is received. 7.6. Before placing an order, the Client must verify the accuracy of the provided contact information to avoid misunderstandings or delivery delays. The Seller is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or inaccurate data submitted during order placement. 7.7. If the product arrives in poor condition or in unsealed packaging, the Client must notify the online store via email at info@graas.lt or by phone.
