      • Important:
      • • The returned item must be in proper, undamaged packaging (this does not apply if the item was purchased with already damaged packaging).
      • • The item must not be damaged (this does not apply if the item was purchased with known defects).
      • • The item must retain its original appearance: intact labels, protective films not removed, etc. (this does not apply if defects were known at the time of purchase).
      • • The returned item must include the full set of components (e.g., device with all purchased hoses, cables, sensors).
      • • Returned items must be placed in additional protective packaging suitable for transport (e.g., a box or padded envelope).

    • • The returned product must be in a neat, undamaged package (this clause does not apply when returning a product that was purchased with already damaged packaging);
    • • the product must be undamaged (this clause does not apply to the return of a product that was purchased knowing that the product has defects);
    • • the product must not have lost its commercial appearance: the label is intact, the protective film has not been torn off, etc. (this point does not apply in the case when the customer was aware of the product's defects at the time of purchasing the product);
