Delivery

We will deliver GRAAS products wherever you need them.

  • Delivery is available via Lithuanian Post or LP EXPRESS courier services. The delivery cost is calculated individually for each order and will be specified before payment.
  • For international orders, items are delivered using courier or registered mail services.
  • Delivery of goods is possible using Lithuanian Post or LP EXPRESS courier service. The delivery price is calculated individually for each order. Shipping cost is indicated before payment.
  • Goods are delivered abroad using the courier or registered mail service.
  • Courier delivery to your home or office

    • • Receive your order directly at home or at your workplace.
    • • Before arrival, the courier will inform you about the planned delivery and time.
    • • If the delivery time or location is inconvenient, you can always arrange with the courier to deliver at another time or address. You can also agree for the parcel to be placed in a parcel locker, allowing you to collect it at a time that suits you.
    • • You will be notified via SMS and/or email when your parcel is delivered to the selected post office.
    • When receiving your order, please check the packaging and accept the parcel only if the packaging is not damaged, wet, or showing other visible defects.

      If you accept a parcel that is visibly damaged, we cannot take responsibility for the product’s functionality or quality.
    • • Before arrival, the courier will inform you about the planned delivery and time.
    • • If the place or time of delivery is not suitable, you can always arrange with the courier to deliver the goods at another time or address. It is also possible to arrange for the courier to put the parcel in the post machine and you can pick it up at a convenient time for you.
    • • You will be informed about the delivery of the product to the selected post office by SMS or (and) e-mail. by post
    • When receiving the goods, be sure to check the packaging and accept the package only if the package is not damaged, wet and without other obvious damage. If you have received an obviously damaged shipment, we cannot take responsibility for the functionality and quality of the product.
    • Collect parcels at Lithuanian Post branches

        • • You can collect your items at the nearest post office.
        • • Only items weighing up to 15 kg can be delivered. During checkout, you will be informed whether the selected item can be shipped using Lithuanian Post services.
        • • You will be notified via SMS and/or email once your item has been delivered to the chosen post office.
      • • You can pick up the goods at the nearest post office.
      • • Only those goods that do not exceed 15 kg are delivered. When placing an order, you will find out whether the selected product can be delivered using Lithuanian Post services.
